I got up last night, not being able to sleep through my angina, and read this (not speed reading) finding it to be the clearest yet; they have been improving getting to the real core concerns of these religious groups. The best at describing the cascading laws happening when enforcing every and any one to perform and officiate, provide all access to any and all facilities, businesses, and types of marriage surroundings, services, ceremonies, etc.
