- Start the prep session with a list of points
- Draw abbreviated sketchs for each
- Find a common theme
- Redraw some preliminary sketchs
- Draw the training aid incorporating a thread
- Decide what parts to leave blank (students to complete)
- Reuse step 5 with blanks
- Write teach notes
Include lots and lots of links and rsferences to additional learning sources.

A 2 x 2 grid of Know and Unknown: know knows, know unknowns, unknow knows, unknown unknowns.
I used a perspective box with a topic in the center surrounded by a 2 x 2 grid with team lead, manager, director and Vice Presidents.
