Being born with heart trouble, being advised by doctors that each phase of life was my last; I lived trying to accomplish a life time of accomplishments in each phase. When I retired I had a growth of bone length which my doctors atttrubuted to my never having rested starting in the fifth grade.

What I learned most is my lack of regrets, I would add this.

  1. Raise yourself with a mindset of raising others, learn and my learning prepare to teach and do.
  2. Learn to Pause, pauses for prayers, pauses for the Holy Ghost to contribute, pauses for personable joy and joy of others you helped, pauses for the Holy Ghost to increase His presence…
  3. My go-to no regrets scripture with; letter of the law is minimum, what Christ did and my current skills with His help is expected, “greater than this” is the goal requires more specific skills development , teaming, increasing phased goal with personal growth…

D&C: 89:18 And all saints who remember to keep and do these sayings, walking in obedience to the commandments, shall receive health in their navel and marrow to their bones;

19 And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures;

20 And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint.

21 And I, the Lord, give unto them a promise, that the destroying angel shall pass by them, as the children of Israel, and not slay them. Amen.
