Then I looked in the Table for Bloom.
As a corporate management and engineering course developer and training analyst, I used Bloom to find weaknesses and learning gaps, and to do analyze performance systems and processes.

A testimony, in my opinion, is at Bloom level 6. Evaluation “Presenting and defending opinions by making judgments about information, validity of ideas or quality of work based on a set of criteria.”
I taught Bloom by adding a personal level 7. Inspiration. I added Consideration steps into processes. I lead each class in defining the level, and was always encouraged by how universally this is understood and tailored to the student’s business roles, while normally being unsaid.
