The chain can be how we follow. From my experience, no other church has more programs’ chains, more leaders trying to start chains… what is needed is more links. Each link needs to use all resources available – Holy Spirit, Priesthood… – to exceed themselves.
The examples are all Prophets. They need your support and your ideas. Send them a card of thanks. Send them an idea. Either directly for thanks or ask Heavenly Father in the Name of Jesus Christ if He agrees to past your idea along.
