I think that the true secret to prayer is that all of life can be a prayer. We can keep an awareness of God our Father in our mind – like when we know someone is standing behind us who is listening to us in case we speak – with an intent in our mind that our awareness is in the Name of His Son, Jesus Christ, while us listening to the Holy Ghost.
