A hurray from an E-Systems Raytheon retiree. While at Raytheon I volunteered to help with their Women’s conference, they asked me to chair the speakers committee; gave me a chance to talk to the conference committee about a few Navy female Commanders I had been supporting their rise in rank. In the end we invited them and had a speakers with free books for all. I choose to sit at a table in the back but still had to stand to be thanked but invited my committee to stand and got a laugh for still standing out. What did I get, I got to meet some of my Navy Heroes in person.
